. marble cake .

It turns out that really hard to do 2 blogposts in a row *pheww.. but i dont know, i just lovee it :)
move move movee to this post, i'll share pics, cake pics. My mommey made this cake today, when it was baked my house smelled really sweeett like the taste ofcoursee!! hahahaha...

Good niteeeyy dear bloggiiieess, first thing first.. i would write 2 posts in a row toniteee, so i would say sorryyyy for junking ur dashboard ;D

first post, i meaann, in this post i'll write more in Bahasa, heehee, cause i think it'll more suitable with the tittle of this blog and respect the award's giver ;p

let's start, ups i mean... ayo kita mulaaiii :)

Jujur pertama kaget banget, kalau ternyata saya/gw (duh, enaknya pake sebutan apa ya?hehe) dapet award lagiii! yeeiyyy! kali ini awardnya dikasih sama Fetty Ghaessani dan ternyata oh ternyata, saya termasuk yang terpilih beruntung diantara  (hanya) 5 blogger yang berhak menerima award inii (cieehh cieehh) udah gituu awardnyaa itu loohhh gambarnya saya suka bangeeeeeeeeeetttt.. heeheehee jadi banggaaa ;)

oiyaaa buat persyaratannya,,
1. ceritain makanan yang paling disukain...... 
o-well, sebenernya agak susah buat menjawab pertanyaan ini yaa secara saya orangnya paling suka makan dan bisa dibilang pemakan apa aja selama nyaman dilidah, jadi mungkin saya akan jawab tipe makanan yang saya suka kali yaa? hehe.. kalau saya sih lebih suka makanan yang salty dan spicy, alias bercita rasa asin dan berbumbu, prefer juga yang pedes hehe.. Sebenernya kl mau liat tipikal makanan yg saya suka sih bisa diliat ajah dr post saya ttg makanan, naahhh itu smua saya sukaaa hiihhihihi.. Dan karna hobi makan inilah saya jadi melaaaaaaaarrr ihikkkss (*curcol, haha) but i'm thinking to lose some weightt then (ingat yaa baru "thinking" haha) , *sigh

2. Buat makanan yang pengen dimakan tapi belom kesampean....
Untuk kali iniii makanan yang belum kesampean dimakan yaituuuuu... KALEDO, heehee.. di Jakarta kayanya susaaahh banget deh mencari si KALEDO ini, sempet siihh googling googling dan nemu sihh akhirnya tempat makan yang menjual makanan ini, cumaa yaahh itu diaa, belum ada waktu buat kesana dan nyobain si "KALEDO" huehehhehe.. Tapi mgkn akan mengusahakannya dalam waktu dekat! hihi
(hemmm... buat yang belum tau, "KALEDO" itu apa, bisa klik disini buat infonya dan kalau gambarnya bisa dilihat disini dan disini, enjoy! :) )

. pempek .

Heyyyhoooo... what's up friends? ^.^
Still wanna read my food post deaar? if u say yes, Let's to the point...
Today i made "pempek" (click here for more info) as my snack before eat dinner =D, usually we eat "pempek" with "cuko" (also u can find the description here), soo here it is my own made "pempek"... Like usual, enjoyyyy the yummy-ness out!!! ;)

actually there are sooo many varieties of pempek, and this one i made is called "pistel" or "pastel" or "klesan", this kind of pempek is made out of papaya which is not ripe yet, usually we cook that kind of papaya as vegetable side dish, uhh dont ask me about the taste, cause i'll also said that's sooo yummeehh.. hehee.. ;p

this is what we called "cuko" the taste is sour-sweet-spicy, sooo deliciousooo! 

also we cud eat this with "kerupuk" (click here), it taste so great toooo (ˆڡˆ)

. spaghetti bolognese .

Eh? what? i'm typo? am i?? oh noooo not reallyyy... heheheh... i meaaannn i'm not typo about the title..
yess.. usually we know it as "SPAGHETTI BOLOGNAISE" but it's french name, andd it's "SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE" in italian name, u guys cud check it here for more information ;)

i made this tonite as my late dinnah as my sissy's wish to me ;)
and as usual here's the pics... tadaaaaaaaaaaa......

oh yeaahh, tonite's story, my mommey's lovely kitchen is ran out of gas!! hahaaa.. so we use this "thing" (actually i dont know what's the name, but usually we use it for yakiniku, japan food or shabu2) to cook our food.. hahaa..

that's quiet fun u know, cause we cook not in the kitchen but in the dining room.. but it took a longer time than usually we did and it's hotter hahaaa...

cooking dinner never been this fun! the whole family gathered in dining room! really fun fun fun, happy happy happy!! =')

. martabak .

 I made this today as my break-fasting food... let's enjoy it togetheerrr guyyss ;)
what is it? yes it's MARTABAK (click for more info about it)

my martabak made out of beef, chicken, onion, scallions, duck egg and chicken egg. I ate this with "acar" cause acar has a sweet and sour taste that blend with martabak, and ofcourse it's easy to make tooo...
Are u drooling, eh? heehee ;p trust me the taste's sooo mouthwatering as u see in the pics! haha.. ;p

 a lil' story about today.. actually today i'm fasting yepp it's monday&thursday fasting.. but honestly i did it cause i want to pay my "nazar" / "vow", i vowed that i wud fasting for about 3/7 days (i really really forgot about how many days shud i did), soo now i think it's time for me to pay it, even just day a day till it got complete heehee..
hemm i've a weird story, today in the afternoon i dreamt about having "mi aceh" / "aceh noodles" as my break-fasting food, but i didnt tell it to anyone, buuutt lucky mee! suddenly my sissy brought it on her way homee, yeaayy my dream come true to eat that! GOD is sooo kind to me ;) thank GOD for ur kindness :*




ps : my current mood's a lil worry cause i havent had any job till now, i think i shud more intense to find a job, but  i'm tryin to be optimistic that i'll have it in no longer time from now *finger crossed* or maybe u want get me a job? i'll gladly accept it ;p

. chili, salt and oat .

my dinner's menu for today...........


cud u guess what is it???

yes, it's salt and chili fried bean/snaps/chickpea with oat.. the taste's super great! i made this by the instruction given by my mommeeyy :)
made out of garlic, chili and oat ofcourse, it's sooo simple and the making process is that simple tooo..
the best way to eat this, is with the hot rice.. it taste salty and spicy.. u guys shud try to make this sometimes...


ohyaa please dont get bored with my cooking experience yaaa.. i'm soo in the mood for food(s) blogpost lately.. heehee ;p

and sooooo see yaa later with another food blogpost haha =D

. brownie .

Today i'm making browniiieee, and here are the results.. check the yummyness out ;p

brownie is such an easy cake to make and only takes few times to make it, but the taste's nyuumm  (ˆڡˆ)
If u guys, still a beginner (like me ;p) and wanna try to make a cake and afraid of failure, try brownie first, cause my mommey always said that brownie is an un-expand cake or "kue bantet" (in indonesian) so for beginner it couldnt be fail! haha..
hemm.. usually people spread almond on their brownie, but me do not really like almond, so i didnt spread it ;p


oyaa then here's a pic that i forgot to upload in my "cupcakes" post.. actually i edited this pics just for fun and just for my collection if someday we (me and my friend) are going to make our "DiZzy Cupcakes" tadaaaaaaa...

So what do ya think? does my brownie looks nyummy? heeehee..
